Booking Cancellation & Modification Policy
CRS Car Rental Services
This Cancellation & Modification Policy applies to all car rental bookings made through CRS Car Rental Services. It has been designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and the smooth service of our customers.
Deposit & Booking Confirmation
To confirm any booking, a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental cost is required. The deposit can be paid:
Online via credit/debit card, or
Via bank transfer.
The remaining balance is settled upon arrival:
In cash
By card
By bank transfer
A booking is considered valid only after the confirmation of the deposit.
Booking Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation with Full Refund In case of cancellation at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup date, the deposit is 100% refundable.
2. Cancellation with Credit Voucher If the cancellation is made less than 14 days but no less than 7 days before the start of the rental:
No refund is issued.
A Credit Voucher equal to the value of the deposit is provided.
Voucher Validity: 18 months. The voucher can be used for a future booking via our website or at the CRS Car Rental Services office.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days before For cancellations made less than 7 days before the pickup date:
The deposit is forfeited in full.
No refund or credit voucher is provided.
Booking Modifications
Booking modifications are permitted free of charge, provided that:
There is availability.
The change is requested in a timely manner.
Important Clarifications:
If the change of dates affects the season (e.g., moving from Low to High season), a price difference may apply.
Availability is guaranteed for the vehicle category, not necessarily a specific model.
Early Vehicle Return
In case of early return of the vehicle:
No refund is provided for the unused days.
No‑Show Policy
In the event that the customer does not show up for pickup:
If there is no notification for a period exceeding 3 hours, the deposit is 100% forfeited.
Delayed Vehicle Pickup & Customer Notification
The pickup time selected by the customer is binding, as vehicle delivery is organized based on a schedule and arrival sequence.
1. Without Customer Notification If the customer is late without any prior notification, a Late Arrival Fee of 20€ is applied. This fee is charged because it requires reorganization, rescheduling, and additional staff displacement. After 3 hours without any communication, the booking is automatically cancelled and:
The deposit is 100% forfeited.
There is no further obligation for vehicle availability.
2. With Customer Notification If timely notification is provided:
By phone (WhatsApp / Viber) at least 30 minutes in advance, or
By email at least 1 hour in advance. There is no extra charge, and the pickup will proceed normally based on availability.
Final Notes
CRS Car Rental Services reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. The terms in effect are those published at the time of the booking.
